MetsäFestival 2014 is going to be the largest alternative music & arts open air event thus far seen in Finland. The Open Air Festival combines a great variety of sub-cultures, music genres, and arts into one huge carnival that will go on for three nights on the 24th - 27th of July, 2014.
The idea is to create a mesmerizing outdoor environment, where some of the most forward-thinking electronic music and a variety of original live bands can be heard, loved, and danced to - all in beautiful Finnish nature. A place where you can let go, express yourself and get immersed by the extraordinary visual art & music of a legion of mind-blowing artists, all joined together to create the unique experience of MetsäFestival.
The festival venue is located in a beautiful forest and is exclusively designed for the event. All the timber structures & stages on the festival area are hand-built on-site. The awesome stages amid extraordinary decoration & light installations create an audiovisual spectacle you won’t forget!
In our 2014 Edition music will be served in Four Stages throughout 4 days, around the clock, by over 100 world class artists and bands - all selected with care to bring the most out of the style and vibration of the forest festival surroundings. This year we offer pristine Meyer Sound systems on all stages giving us the purest sound quality thus far.

MetsäFestival 2014 will serve a wide scale of both international and domestic bands and musicians.
Metsä (Forest) Stage is where the main course of audiovisual dancefeet-shaking psychedelia will be served. The musical emphasis is on psychedelic trance music which is to be experienced amid stunning light and decoration installations.
Live Stage will host a variety of original bands - with headliners such as the Ozric Tentacles & Hidria Spacefolk - come here to see some amazing live performances! At nighttime .. the Live Stage transforms itself into Trailerpark Stage - a shrine of funkedelic dance music - with loads of the Suomisound pioneers performing - a true musical discodelic delicatesse and definitely a solid addition to the Forest Carnival Spirit!
Drop Zone Stage offers to the festival crowd a wide variety of recent underground Bass-music Artists and DJ's.
The party lineup offers musical treats to everyone from the dreamy listener type to the most energetic raver. - Drop in and experience it all!
Every once in a while everyone of us just wants to kick back and relax. And that’s exactly what the Arc Of Carnival is here for! This rain-covered chillout lounge is perfect for those who want to take it easy and just enjoy the moment.

MetsäFestival 2014 is going to be the largest alternative music & arts open air event thus far seen in Finland. The Open Air Festival combines a great variety of sub-cultures, music genres, and arts into one huge carnival that will go on for three nights on the 24th - 27th of July, 2014.
The idea is to create a mesmerizing outdoor environment, where some of the most forward-thinking electronic music and a variety of original live bands can be heard, loved, and danced to - all in beautiful Finnish nature. A place where you can let go, express yourself and get immersed by the extraordinary visual art & music of a legion of mind-blowing artists, all joined together to create the unique experience of MetsäFestival.
The festival venue is located in a beautiful forest and is exclusively designed for the event. All the timber structures & stages on the festival area are hand-built on-site. The awesome stages amid extraordinary decoration & light installations create an audiovisual spectacle you won’t forget!
In our 2014 Edition music will be served in Four Stages throughout 4 days, around the clock, by over 100 world class artists and bands - all selected with care to bring the most out of the style and vibration of the forest festival surroundings. This year we offer pristine Meyer Sound systems on all stages giving us the purest sound quality thus far.

MetsäFestival 2014 will serve a wide scale of both international and domestic bands and musicians.
Metsä (Forest) Stage is where the main course of audiovisual dancefeet-shaking psychedelia will be served. The musical emphasis is on psychedelic trance music which is to be experienced amid stunning light and decoration installations.
Live Stage will host a variety of original bands - with headliners such as the Ozric Tentacles & Hidria Spacefolk - come here to see some amazing live performances! At nighttime .. the Live Stage transforms itself into Trailerpark Stage - a shrine of funkedelic dance music - with loads of the Suomisound pioneers performing - a true musical discodelic delicatesse and definitely a solid addition to the Forest Carnival Spirit!
Drop Zone Stage offers to the festival crowd a wide variety of recent underground Bass-music Artists and DJ's.
The party lineup offers musical treats to everyone from the dreamy listener type to the most energetic raver. - Drop in and experience it all!
Every once in a while everyone of us just wants to kick back and relax. And that’s exactly what the Arc Of Carnival is here for! This rain-covered chillout lounge is perfect for those who want to take it easy and just enjoy the moment.

The stunning decoration at MetsäFestival 2014 will be brought to you by the Finnish decoration group Flowers of Life, in a unique collaboration with Neil Gibson, Jussi Löf, and Decotukos.
